MAKING A DIFFERENCE THROUGH GIVING
Since opening our doors in 2006, Jackson Therapy Partners has honored its commitment to impact local communities by donating our time, talents and resources to area charities and nonprofits. In the last year alone, the team at Jackson donated over 125 hours of service to the community and provided much needed holiday gifts to over 40 kids at a local foster home through a partnership with Jackson Healthcare.
From the annual IOA Corporate 5k to our Field Day BBQ for a local youth home, Jackson Therapy Partners and Jackson Healthcare partner together to facilitate an environment of company-wide giving and service that is unmatched in our industry.
Our Commitment to Foster Kids
If you’ve ever heard the inspiring story about Rick Jackson, the founder of Jackson Healthcare, you’ll understand our commitment to empowering children in foster care and youth homes. Several years ago we were introduced to Great Oaks Village, a youth home in Orlando housing 40+ kids (6 – 18+) that were removed from their homes for abuse or neglect, and we’ve been organizing giving projects for them ever since. During the summer we provide backpacks and school supplies to everyone in the home and host an awesome day-trip that in years past has included a BBQ, water slides, football, mazes, and a trip to WonderWorks. At the end of every year, the team participates in payroll deductions (matched by Jackson Healthcare) and works to provide gifts to every youth in the home during the Holidays, the loneliest time of year for many of the kids.
