Mentoring Program for Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists

New therapy travelers can receive expert counsel from veteran Jackson Therapy Partners travelers on their first assignment.

If you’re a new graduate or have never worked as a traveling therapist, our Mentor Program is just the thing to help SLPs, OTs, and PTs, transition into a new career.

Launched in 2017, our Mentoring Program is here to provide new travelers and graduates with professionals in their field to address any and all clinical and non-clinical questions while on assignment. Our elite team of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology Mentors will not only ensure your success as a traveling therapist, but they’re actively opening doors at new facilities where new grads were not previously hired.
