Our Commitment to You
As a travel therapist, there’s an inherent risk in patient care that puts you on the front-lines of this outbreak. While we are committed to your safety during this situation, we’re equally committed to caring for your needs should you become exposed.
Compensation & Stipends
We have a program in place to continue your compensation package, including housing and per diem coverage, if you’re quarantined or furloughed because of workplace exposure to COVID – 19.
As a Jackson team member, you have access to third-party services that are here to support you throughout this crisis.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): This program is free and available to you starting your first day on assignment to support you in a variety of ways including managing your mental health through counseling and self-care programs. Simply reach out to your recruiter to get set-up with your account and access information.
- Cigna Behavioral Health Benefits: If you’ve enrolled in Jackson’s Cigna Medical Plan, you have behavioral benefits available to you. Please reach out to our Benefits Administrator or your recruiter if you need additional information or have questions.
