Where can I find my Health Insurance or Prescription ID Cards?

Cigna members can view their ID card on the myCigna.com portal, the Cigna mobile app, or call them at 855-539-8678.

If you're using the App, follow these steps: 
  1. Log into myCigna.com App. 
  2. Go to Id Cards in the bottom left. 
  3. Select the individual on the plan you need the card for. 
  4. Select the ID card you are seeking.
