With more than 30 years of health care staffing experience, Jackson is an industry pioneer. In 1978 he founded Jackson & Coker (J&C), which became the nation's largest physician search firm and its seventh-largest executive search company.
Currently Jackson is chief executive officer of Jackson Healthcare and Jackson Healthcare Staffing, which ranked ninth on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of "Top U.S. Healthcare Staffing Providers," May 31, 2007. Jackson Healthcare is owned 100-percent by management and projects 2007 revenue of $400 million.
In both 2006 and 2007 Jackson was a southeast regional finalist for Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. JH has been included for the last three years on Atlanta Business Chronicle's list of "Pacesetters," or Atlanta's fastest-growing private companies. JH ranked number 7 on that list in 2007. In 2005 and 2007 Atlanta Business Chronicle named Jackson Healthcare to its annual list of "Atlanta's Best Employers" based on an independent employee survey. Scott L'Heureux oversees operations and strategic business development for Jackson Therapy Partners, a leading healthcare staffing firm based in Orlando, Florida.
Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, he was the president of EnableSoft, a leading provider of business efficiency software. Before that L'Heureux served as chief executive officer of Surgical Information Systems (SIS), a privately owned software and services company with the mission of improving the quality, organization, delivery and outcomes of surgical patient care through healthcare technology. He served on the SIS Board of Directors, the SIS India Board of Directors and chaired the company's Executive Advisory Board.
A recognized leader in shaping healthcare business and technology for more than 15 years, L'Heureux has held a variety of management roles with McKesson, IBAX Healthcare (a subsidiary of IBM and Baxter), and Pharmacia Upjohn (now Pfizer) Pharmaceuticals. His leadership success in the healthcare industry can be attributed to his dedication to creating products and services that directly impact the quality of patient care and his ability to recognize and nurture talent across an organization to drive outstanding results.
Having served in a consultative capacity on numerous external boards and advisory committees, L'Heureux is a current or past member of professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society, Healthcare Financial Management Association. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in finance and management from Georgia State University and is a business professor at Seminole Community College. A native Central Floridian, L'Heureux lives in Winter Springs with his wife and two children. |
Steve Lockwood served as CEO/President of Jackson Therapy Partners until assuming the role of Vice Chairman in January of 2008, assisting in mergers, acquisitions, and new divisions.
Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, he was the president and founder of Universal Staffing Group, an Allied Healthcare Staffing company supplying healthcare professional to hospitals and nursing homes across the US. Before that Lockwood served as Vice President of Operations of Universal Healthcare Staffing, a nurse staffing company with offices throughout Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina
Lockwood started his healthcare staffing career at Maxim Healthcare were he oversaw and directed operations in Jacksonville and Gainesville, FL. He holds bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. A native Floridian, Lockwood lives in Orlando with his wife and two children. |
Leigh Pace is the Vice President of Recruitment for Jackson Therapy Partners. As Vice President of Recruitment, Leigh has personally built and shaped the extremely talented and accomplished team of recruiters at Jackson Therapy Partners. Her expertise and many professional accomplishments have assisted with the team's unsurpassable growth throughout the Therapy Recruitment Division. Her knowledge of the industry coupled with her remarkable interpersonal skills has made her and her team a force to be reckoned with. Leigh's unique ability to relate to individual recruiters as well as her honest communication with current internal and external employees has also been a strong attribute to her professional development within this business.
Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, Leigh began her career in therapy recruitment as a recruiter and account manager for Universal Staffing, an Allied and Nursing Healthcare Staffing company supplying various types of healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing homes across the country.

Alex Mills is the Vice President of Sales for Jackson Therapy Partners. Prior to joining Jackson Therapy Partners, Mills served as the Divisional Director of Allied Services for World Health, an Allied Healthcare Staffing company supplying various types of healthcare professionals to hospitals and nursing homes across the country. Before that Mills served as the Recruitment Manager for an Orlando based allied health staffing company specializing in diagnostic imaging.
Mills leadership as Vice President of Sales has helped to shape Jackson Therapy Partners into an industry leader in therapy staffing and has proved him instrumental in launching Jackson Therapy Partners' International therapist division. Mills has helped shape a talented group of Account Managers who share his same drive and vision. He enjoys working with his team, adding support and ensuring his team understands the importance of relationship building, honesty and feedback.

Mike Hiffa Mike Hiffa brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to his role of Vice President of Human Resources for The Jackson Healthcare family of companies. He has served as a senior member of the executive team for Regency LTAC Hospital Company and two major financial corporations in the Property and Casualty industry, with overall HR responsibilities for 10,000 employees nationwide.
Hiffa is a Strategic Human Resources professional with demonstrated accomplishments in building strong organizational cultures. He was instrumental in developing performance management systems based on core competencies and leadership concepts in addition to creating employee retention programs and succession plans at all levels through out his career. His areas of expertise include employee relations, change management, coaching, and mentoring.

Doug B. Kline As Chief Financial Officer for Jackson Healthcare, Kline coordinates all financial and accounting operations for Jackson Healthcare (JH), including the start-up of new businesses. He brings to the company more than 30 years of progressive financial and operations experience from several industries, including healthcare. Among his professional accomplishments are starting up and developing a new division for a large construction equipment rental operation and directing internal audit functions for a $180-million public holding company with eight operating subsidiaries.
